La maison est bien équipée et dispose d’une belle terrasse avec du mobilier de qualité. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la superbe plage de l’Herbe.
Le confort des chambres est inégal, certaines étant très agréables, d’autres moins bien aménagées, avec du mobilier un peu ancien. Une meilleure aération de la maison serait bienvenue pour éviter l’odeur persistante de "maison de vacances". L’eau chaude fonctionne de manière séquentielle, ce qui peut parfois compliquer les douches. Enfin, certaines pièces fermées pourraient être repensées pour apporter plus de sérénité aux occupants.
