Condo was perfect for a 3 day beach vacation! It came with everything we needed and had a beautiful view just to sit outside after putting kids to sleep listening to the waves was just the icing on the cake ! A lot of people complained about the elevators but we had no trouble with them I just think they was just in a hurry .it will take an elevator a min to come down from the 24th floor just be patient. Highly recommend very easy to check in and out and if you have any problems they address it quickly.

Property management responded promptly to meet our needs. Due to our extended stay we required a vacuum and dust pan/broom. The microwave worked intermittently and was replaced with a countertop version while awaiting a new install. The bathroom drains were semi clogged and the were cleaned upon request.
The pictures of the property's amenities do not show the wear. 3 dining chairs do not provide for 4 dining guests. The rattan was worn. The sofa is a sofa bed and required us to obtain a board so our posture did not cause our knees to be higher than our hips. The sofa fabric was stained.
The TV channels were okay, but getting streamed channels was easier using our computers.
The outdoor furniture was comfortable so we often preferred it and would bring in the chairs or lounger.
The view over the gulf was excellent and the sun on the balcony perfect
