we had a great experience, we rented through Topeka for a music weekend and it was all great. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. The views were amazing! The only complaint I can come up with is check in was a little confusing, But it went well once they got it all straightened out.

Our condo was clean and very roomy! Easy check in/out! The restaurant being down by the pool was super convenient and the food was good! Will be returning and staying here again!

The place was clean,decor very dark, with heavy curtains, valanced windows and dark furniture. A few extra bath towels would be nice. No liquid dish detergent, sponge or kitchen scrubbie, no laundry detergent, no sharp kitchen prep knives, potato peeler, hand soap. Maybe this is all acceptable in this market but as a vacation rental owner I expected a bit more attention to comfort and updated decor.
