The proximity to the beach? Excellent. Check in process? Reading your emails from the property is critical as alkaline the info you need week be there (had so many different emails from vacasa, tho) The original listing seemed bigger than what it actually was, but it still worked out for my family. However, it wasn't as week equipped as i thought it would be. Now to be fair, ice only rented thry vrbo once before, and ironically, that property was literally around the corner from this one! In comparison, the amenities here was a little annoying. They provided a coffee maker, but no coffee filters. The condo could sleep up to 8, but had only 4 forks, 4 spoons. No beach towels..... you get the picture. Beautiful space, balcony views were exceptional. Just the little things that were missing were enough to be aggravating. And as with all of these services, i remain perplexed about the cleaning fee when you have a cleaning checklist. Also, be aware that, while the beds were very comfy, the blankets are paper thin if you are cold natured. Bathroom olunbing slso had some issues, of which i let the property mgr know about. I never checked the bathtub after that, but they did send someone to fix the drain issue immediately. Not sure if i would stay here again, but it was nice enough for what i needed.

Wonderful view and comfortable place. Enough seating for everyone, great pools and close walk to the beach.

Location, and view were outstanding! Check-in was easy, and condo was bright and welcoming.Until we wanted to start preparing a meal. Previous guests had obviously returned dishes and cook wear to the cabinets without cleaning them. Pots had food in them, glasses were still discolored with wine. It happens, would not have been as big a deal, except management, when they were notified, with pictures, only responded with, "we will get back to you". That NEVER happened. Aside from the lack of follow up/communication, and having to scrub dishes from someone else... The rest of the stay was wonderful.
