BEACH SERVICES: Beach services at the Resorts of Pelican Beach is provided by La Dolce Vita. Hours are 9am to 5pm from March 1st through October 31st. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We loved this condo. The pictures are accurate and the location is exceptional. The sofa is not overly comfortable and the kitchen is not stocked as well as it could be (no knives) but overall, we would definitely stay here again.

The resort itself was very family friendly. We enjoyed both pools. The room is clean, pretty, and well put together. The bed is very uncomfortable and incredibly low to the ground my husband and I are in our twenties and were sore by the second day from the pillows and mattress. Entertainment center in living room sets the tv on the ground which is not ideal. Outdoor balcony chairs are pretty flimsy I was worried they might break. Also a keurig and a smart tv in the bedroom would be a nice touch to add. That being said we would book here again if visiting the area everything was as advertised and very clean. A/C did not have any odor or issues either which was nice. Shower was quick to heat and water pressure is phenomenal.

I was very frustrated to find out weeks before my vacation that the property is under mayor construction. I reached out right when I found out but couldn’t get a response and tried in multiple ways to get a hold of them. Pool was closed and beach access was also closed. The biggest bummer was my balcony with the ocean view. The whole reason I booked the room and we couldn’t even use it. The only good thing was the location and the really nice people who were also staying there.
