BEACH SERVICES: Beach services at the Resorts of Pelican Beach is provided by La Dolce Vita. Hours are 9am to 5pm from March 1st through October 31st. All beach services are managed by La Dolce Vita under agreement with the Pelican Beach Resort Owners' Association. Policies are applicable to all guests and owners of the resort. Beach setups may be rented directly on the beach the day of, based on availability.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect little condo with some amazing views!! Loved having the cafe to grab snacks or a quick lunch, and the tiki bar had some great drinks! Staff was all easy to work with and friendly!!

This beautiful condo is located right beside everything- restaurants, the Track, Walmart, surf shops, and etc. I am not a driver, and I was able to drive to restaurants, Walmart, and Target. It’s just that close! The balcony view from the living area is a straight-on look at the beautiful beach. The master bedroom balcony view is a side view that overlooks one of the lovely pools, but the beach view is gorgeous too. The unit was clean and cute! The beds were comfy! We didn’t get to use the jacuzzi tub, but it sure seemed inviting! Guest services were very helpful and friendly. Overall, this was fabulous. I will request this unit whenever possible!

This condo had the best view I’ve ever had! Right on the beach it could not have been better. However the condo itself needed a major overhaul furniture is very dirty (I would not let my kids sit on the couch it was that dirty and disgusting the bed headboard was broken as well ) needs updating in a very bad way!
