The location was decent. Close to the thing we wanted to visit and right on the beach can't beat that. The room itself was terrific the bed all very comfortable and the pools were very nice hot tub was hot lol. Really enjoyed the room and reading the guest book!
There was no washer and dryer on the unit and the hotel washers barley spun the clothes out made them smell bad the dryer took 2 to 3 cycles to dry. The room was recently transfered to a new company from vacasa to avari. AVARI gave us the wrong key pad code then wouldn't answer email or phone call to assist us. We ended up having the hotel call Vacasa to get the code which they helped us immediately. It took over a hour to get in the room.
