We had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect with a fabulous view of the beach from the balcony. We will definitely be back again!!

Perfect location! Furniture is a little dated in the living room. The couch was stained/dirty and the pull out sleeper bed was uncomfortable (but aren't they all?) Everything else was wonderful and it was very clean! Easy to find as well!

We’ve been staying at the beach house condos for 25 years. A303 is just ok. Kitchen was updated. The dining table only had 3 matching chairs. The den furniture was so outdated. The couch was filthy. We had to put a sheet on it just to sit on it. It needs to be thrown in the dumpster. We were also left with just 2 nasty armbands and a dirty sandy Surf Hut glass on the kitchen counter. That’s a nice welcome. The front desk help were not the nicest. There was a life guard sitting in with them rolling his eyes as we had driven 12 hours and our room was still not ready by 4:00. I called VaCasa and told them my concerns. No one called back. I think we should be refunded for part of stay due to the condition of condo. Avoid staying in this unit if possible.
