Some of the upgrades include new light wood cabinets and countertops in the kitchen and baths with spice colored accent walls. There is plenty of seating in this family-friendly condo with a comfortable sofa and three nice chairs. The high cafe style dining table seats six and both the living and dining area are nicely tiled. The main bedroom has a king bed with white beach cottage-style furnishings, a TV and DVD player, and a carpeted floor. The second bedroom has two twin beds with tropical-inspired decor, a TV and DVD player, and a carpeted floor. For your convenience, you will also find a private washer/dryer and a CD stereo system! For a great family vacation, make this fine unit your next beach destination! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
