This beautiful beachfront condo has an elegant contemporary feel and all the fine upgrades as well as a breathtaking Gulf view from the fifth-floor balcony. The kitchen is beautifully renovated with upgraded countertops, custom tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, upgraded white cabinetry, and everything you need to make a full family meal. The living room includes an upscale design with a creme sofa and chair with ottoman, beautiful tile floors, a fine dining table for four with high back fabric chairs, four wooden bar stools, beautiful crown molding throughout, and access to the Gulf side balcony. The main bedroom has a calm and cool blue and white decor and carpeted floors. The guest bedroom has a bright and fun nautical theme, with two nice double beds, custom bedding, and carpeted floor. Each of the bathrooms has been beautifully renovated to include a tub/shower combo, upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, custom beveled mirrors, upscale lighting, and tile floors. You will be sure to enjoy the TVs and DVD players in both bedrooms as well as the living room. For your convenience, you will also find a stackable washer/dryer in the unit and access to shared outdoor pool, tennis court, gym, and game room!

We really enjoyed our 7 day stay this past week at the Beach House. The grounds are very well-kept, the room is very clean and beautifully decorated. The distance to the pool and beach are great; it would only take a couple of minutes to get to the beach. The walkway/stairs to the beach aren’t very steep, which was also great. The chair service was wonderful and the beach wasn’t over-crowded at all. The people above us had several young kids and they would run around a lot, even very late at night, which was VERY loud. After several days we had enough of it, so we contacted security. We didn’t have any issues after that.
We had difficulty getting into the room initially using the code that was sent to us. Once we called the provided number we were able to get the correct code. There are a couple different elevators that you can use and it didn’t ever take very long to get on them.
FYI: If you are a cold-natured person, I would bring an extra blanket for sleeping. There are only very thin coverlets on the beds and there weren’t any extra blankets. They also didn’t have any baking/cookie sheets or oven mitts.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again in the future!

We loved the location and all the condo had to offer! Yes, the condo complex is older, but they have a great pool and you can’t beat the location!

The housekeeping and overall condition of the property was not as good as a hotel.
The entry door looked like it had been in a battle and there was a gap between the door and the floor.
As you entered, their was a gooey substance that had been missed. This was easily removed with a mop.
The refrigerator had been poorly cleaned and again there was red sticky stuff we cleaned up.
The vent over the air conditioning was very dirty as was the frame on cabinet where air conditioning exhaust vent is.
The carpet going from the Master to living room was very noticeably dirty.
In the Master Bathroom, there were little bugs flying all over and the toilet did not flush properly along with the tub not draining.
We have stayed in this unit before. At a minimum, it needs a thorough cleaning.
As usual, the property itself did not disappoint. We love most everything about the Beach House except the housekeeping. You may want to implement a “checklist” for house cleaning?
