This two-bedroom, two-bath beach condo is on the fifth floor offering breathtaking views of the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It has an upscale tropical feel with upgraded ceramic tile throughout. There is a full renovated kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances and plenty of beautiful granite top counter space to cook a great family meal. In the main bedroom, you will find a king bed with cool earth tone decor, a 26” TV and DVD, plantation shutters, and casual Florida furnishings with glass tops. The second bedroom has nice neutral tones, a 26” TV and DVD, and features two twin beds and casual furniture with glass tops. The living area has a Tommy Bahama feel featuring a large 42” TV and a DVD, with one tropical oversized chair and ottoman, and comfortable sofa, nice accents like a beveled mirrored wall, and dining table for six as well as three bar stools. This snowbird-friendly home away from home also has a washer/dryer for your convenience. Come and enjoy the fun beach atmosphere at The Beach House.

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
