- a lounge area with 2 non-convertible sofas, ethanol fireplace, hifi iPhone / iPad docking station, LED TV. Card games, Comics ...

For any stay of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment benefits from the following included services:
- A personalized welcome, on the day of your arrival,
- A concierge service available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. to put you in touch with those involved in the resort: shops, medical center, babysitters ... or reserve a table for you in the best restaurants in the resort.
- sheets, towels, beds made, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo / shower gel (30ml), 6 LV tablets, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 mop, 1 garbage bag and multipurpose product) to start your stay.
We inform you that:
- a deposit, by credit card imprint will be requested before your arrival by link
- the keys will be given to you at the agency on the day of your arrival between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. and must be returned to the agency before 9 a.m. on the day of your departure.
- the apartment is given to you clean, we ask you to return it in the same condition.
- the apartment is strictly non-smoking: In the event of non-compliance with this strict clause of no smoking in the apartment (cigarettes, shishas, ??etc.), the penalty will be compensation corresponding to 50% of the amount of the deposit.
This compensation will be used for the sanitation of the apartment.
- animals are not accepted.
- Possibility to rent a box in one of the garages of the residence.

Parfaitement située. Nous y sommes allés en été , mais il est facile d'imaginer que cet appartement permet vraiment de partir skis aux pieds. Très bien équipé. Refait à neuf. exceptionnel

Had a wonderful week stay. The location is excellent. You can walk off the balcony and onto the snow to go skiing in the morning. The views of the mountains are spectacular. The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable. There was plenty of storage and we had a lot of of gear.
