About this apartment rental
Exceptional 55m² apartment, completely renovated by an interior designer.

South-facing with a terrace opening directly onto the slopes!
It comprises:
- 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and LED TV, featuring high-quality bedding and ample storage.
- 1 bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and LED TV, featuring high-quality bedding and ample storage, with views of the terrace and mountains.
- 1 bedroom with 90 x 190 cm bunk beds and high-quality bedding.
- A living area with two non-convertible sofas, an ethanol fireplace, a hi-fi docking station for iPhone/iPad, and an LED TV. Playing cards, comic books, etc.
- Wi-Fi internet access.
Beds made upon arrival, towels provided.
Ski equipment rental/sales, laundry facilities, mini-market, bars, and restaurants are located within the residence.
A parking space is available for rent in one of the residence's garages.

For stays of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment includes the following amenities:
- Bed linens, towels, made beds, two tea towels, one bath mat per bathroom, and a cleaning kit (one roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30ml), six dishwasher tablets, one sponge, dish soap, one dishcloth, one garbage bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to get you started.
Please note that:
- A security deposit of €1600, taken via credit card imprint (no charge), will be required before your arrival through our partner Swikly.
- The keys will be given to you at the agency on your arrival day between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM and must be returned to the agency before 9:00 AM on your departure day.
- The apartment will be provided clean; we ask that you leave it in the same condition.
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking: Failure to comply with this strict no-smoking rule (cigarettes, hookahs, etc.) will result in a penalty equal to 50% of the security deposit.
This penalty will be used for cleaning and sanitizing the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parking spaces are available for rent in one of the building's garages.

Parfaitement située. Nous y sommes allés en été , mais il est facile d'imaginer que cet appartement permet vraiment de partir skis aux pieds. Très bien équipé. Refait à neuf. exceptionnel

Had a wonderful week stay. The location is excellent. You can walk off the balcony and onto the snow to go skiing in the morning. The views of the mountains are spectacular. The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable. There was plenty of storage and we had a lot of of gear.
