About this apartment rental
Exceptional 53m² apartment, completely renovated.

- a large living area with a dining area, a lounge with a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed, LED TV, and storage.
- 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed and LED TV, featuring high-quality bedding and storage, with views of the terrace and mountains.
- 1 bedroom with 90 x 200 cm bunk beds and high-quality bedding.
- Wi-Fi internet access,
- a bathroom with a bathtub and vanity unit,
- a shower room with a shower and heated towel rail,
- a separate WC,
beds made upon arrival, towels provided.
Ski equipment rental/sales, laundry facilities, a mini-market, bars, and restaurants are located within the residence.
A parking space is available for rent in one of the residence's garages.

For stays of 5 nights or more during the winter season, this apartment includes the following amenities:
- Bed linens, towels, made beds, a set of 2 tea towels, 1 bath mat per bathroom, 1 cleaning kit (1 roll of toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel (30 ml), 6 dishwasher tablets, 1 sponge, dish soap, 1 dishcloth, 1 garbage bag, and multi-purpose cleaner) to get you started.
Please note that:
- A security deposit of €1400, taken via credit card imprint (no charge), will be required before your arrival through our partner Swikly.
- The keys will be given to you at the agency on your arrival day between 5 pm and 7 pm and must be returned to the agency before 9 am on your departure day.
- The apartment will be provided clean; we ask that you leave it in the same condition.
- The apartment is strictly non-smoking: Failure to comply with this strict no-smoking rule (cigarettes, hookahs, etc.) will result in a penalty equal to 50% of the security deposit.
This penalty will be used for cleaning and sanitizing the apartment.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parking spaces are available for rent in one of the building's garages.
