Perfect weekend get-a-way or vacation home at Pickwick Lake! Located only 1 mile from the entrance to JP Coleman State Park, you’ll love our Cottage at the Lake! 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath. Three- tiered deck overlooking scenic woods. Conveniently located only 11 miles/13 minutes from Iuka grocery stores and 13 miles/15 minutes from Pickwick Grocery and local restaurants. All the conveniences of home and then some!

I enjoy getting to know my guests and try to be instantly available to answer any questions during their stay at our cottage at JP Coleman.
Only a mile from JP Coleman state park with boat ramp/water access to Pickwick Lake. 15 minutes from restaurants and grocery stores in Iuka, and only 20 minutes from Counce, TN - Pickwick Grocery, Freddy T’s, JP’s restaurant, Aqua Grille, and many more restaurants and marinas.
Circle drive plus side pad, parking for up to 3 truck/boat rigs.
4 adults, 2 small children max. RV parking available, and/or up to 3 boat rigs, large circle drive. Cottage Too next door-for large groups reserve both spaces-parking for up to 5 rigs and sleeping for up 12 adults plus 4 small children (futons).

Cold front came through and Residence does not have adequate heating. One portable stand up heater in each bedroom and Heatpump Mini Split in Living/Kitchen area that doesn’t offer Aux Heat nor designed to heat that size home at temps in the 20’s. Bathroom was so cold I left without a shower. Location to State park was excellent
