Modernes und neuwertig eingerichtetes Appartement in guter Ruhelage unweit vom Strand

Das Appartement ist sehr schön ausgerichtet. In der Küchen-/Wohnraumkombination ist es aufgrund der SO-Ausrichtung und des großen Balkons sehr hell. die Küche und das Bad sind gut und vollständig ausgestattet. Das Appartement gehört zu einer neuwertigen Wohnhausanlage mit Tiefgarage. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist neu und schön. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es angenehm ruhig und sehr entspannt.

3 Punkte sind anzumerken. 1. Die Abwicklung der Zahlung war von Anfang an nicht 100% klar und führte zu einer langen und unangenehmen Kommunikation mit Claudia, der Vermieterin: Auf Booking.com war die Information 'Zahlung vor Anreise an die Unterkunft' angegeben. Die Vermieterin gab zwar Informationen zum Check-In bekannt, jedoch keinerlei Angaben wo, wie und wann die Bezahlung erfolgen soll. Am zweiten Tag machte die Vermieterin, die wir nicht persönlich kennenlernten, per Messenger Druck, dass wir endlich bezahlen. Wir sollten den vollständigen Betrag in bar im Schlüsselsafe hinterlegen. Dieser Wunsch war für uns sehr ungewöhnlich. Wir sagten jedoch die Hinterlegung bis zum Abend zu. Claudia bestand darauf, dass wir unmittelbar das Geld hinterlegen. Also haben wir das ausnahmsweise schon zu Mittag gemacht. Wir verlangten eine Bestätigung: Jeder, der den Code zum Schlüsselsafe kennt, könnte das Geld nehmen. Dann passierte einmal gar nichts. Am nächsten Tag bekamen wir eine Nachricht, dass wir bei Anreise sofort hätten zahlen müssen. Wir prüften dann mehrmals ob das Geld noch vorhanden ist. Am Freitag in der früh war es dann entnommen worden. Zahlungsbeleg haben wir keinen bekommen. Claudia wäre gut beraten, bei dieser sehr ungewöhnlichen Zahlungsform der Check-In Beschreibung präzise Informationen hinzuzufügen: Wann, wie und wo sie die Bezahlung erwartet :-/ 2. Die Check-In Beschreibung ist verbesserungswürdig. Da es sich um eine Wohnhausanlage mit 3 Zufahrtmöglichkeiten handelt, wäre ein Lageplan sehr hilfreich, auf dem beschrieben ist, wie der Reihe nach vorzugehen ist: Richtige Zufahrt wählen, richtiges Stiegenhaus zur Tiefgarage finden, Schlüsselsafe in der großen Tiefgarage finden, Schlüssel entnehmen, Stiege zum Appartement finden, Schrankenfernsteuerung für Zufahrt mit PKW aus App. holen. Lage der Müllcontainer in der Anlage angeben. 3. Beim Bettzeug wurde gespart. Unverständlich. Betttuch aus Polyester. Kein Überzug für Bettdecke :-(
