Good location. Quiet in spite of being centrally located. Good facilities, everything necessary except as noted below.
Lighting was insufficient; the bed lamps and the lamp by the sofa could have been better! This made reading more strenuous.
The bed was difficult to fold up onto the wall and to get down again, so we just left it down (which was all right, since we didn't really need the extra room for anything, even though the apartment was tiny).
