The newly renovated 2-room vacation apartment, approx. 50 sqm, is located on the 1st floor of the building and faces south with a south-facing balcony (sunny side, with balcony furniture and cushions).
From the entryway with a coat closet, you can access the bright living room with access to the balcony, the bedroom, and the new shower room/restroom.
The living room is fully equipped with a 49-inch flat-screen TV, leaving nothing to be desired. In addition, a high-quality sleeper sofa from Bielefelder Werkstätten, with a sleeping surface measuring 1.40 x 1.98 m at a comfortable height, ensures optimal sleeping comfort. A cozy armchair invites you to relax.
The high-quality, open-concept new kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), a Nespresso machine, a microwave with oven function, and a dishwasher. A kettle, coffee maker, and refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment are part of the standard equipment.
Adjacent to this is the dining area.
