High-quality, tastefully and comfortably furnished 3-room non-smoking vacation apartment, approx. 67 sqm, fully equipped with wood-look designer flooring, located on the 2nd floor facing south with a south-facing balcony (sun all day long, with balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 4 people.
From the entryway with a coat closet, you enter the small bedroom with a double sofa bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. From the hallway, you can access the living room (with access to the balcony) and the shower room/toilet.
The cozy living area features a seating area (a 2-seater couch and an ottoman), a dining area, a flat-screen TV, a phone with free calls to German landlines, and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability).
The kitchenette features a dishwasher, an oven, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a Nespresso machine, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a towel warmer.
