Beautiful Isla Verde Apartment by the Beach!

The stay was absolutely beautiful. The balcony over looking the beach was breath taking. Less than a few minutes to walk to the beach from the lobby. The beach was the BEST. No seaweed, clear blue water. The apartment is in desperate need of a DEEP clean. The host did offer for the cleaning lady to come back but the times that were offered were not conductive for us as we did utilize the kitchen/balcony frequently. The kitchen accessories can be updated such as the can opener, some dishware, blender etc. I would stay again as long as the cleaning improves. My mom and I did spend some money on cleaning supplies to give it a deep clean before we settled in for the week we stayed. Dishes were not cleaned by previous guests, dust on surfaces, urine/hair on toilet seat... 10/10 for location/view, 5.5/10 for cleanliness

Beautiful view of the beach with easy access. Lots of restaurant within walking distance. Appreciated closeness to the airport.

I had an amazing stay at this property in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico. The view alone is absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the ocean, palm trees, and the sound of waves was the highlight of my trip. The balcony offers a perfect vantage point to enjoy both sunrise and the beautiful coastline. The amenities were excellent, especially the pool area and the well-maintained outdoor spaces. Everything felt clean, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Being just steps away from the beach made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sand and water at any time of day. The location is also a huge plus — close to restaurants, shops, and everything Isla Verde has to offer, while still feeling peaceful and private. Overall, this property exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway in Puerto

Underground parking as well as building is very secure and safe. Condo is clean, well stocked, and has gorgeous views. The building has security and they are so nice and helpful! The beach is spacious, clean, good for swimming!! Stores and multiple eateries within walking distance.
