Whether hanging out on the wrap around deck or relaxing inside the cabin, both offer a view that, no matter the season, is one of beauty!
The town of Luray (home to Luray Caverns), along with a variety of shops and restaurants, is 20 minutes away. If visiting Shenandoah NP, the Thornton Gap entrance is a beautiful 28 minute drive from the home. Whether you're looking to fill your days with outdoor activities or prefer to make your stay a sanctuary for relaxing moments, either can be found while staying at Shenandoah Vista!

My friends and I wanted a quick trip. We went rafting and hiking and went to Luray Caverns. Everything was close in proximity and convenient. We had a great time.

Location had beautiful views, The house was clean, well equipped and had plenty of room. It is very private and quiet! The road to the house was a bit rough for a car but you just have to go slow and use the second entance per the instructions.

We loved the house very much. The location was beautiful even if the road is a little rough. :) The neighbor next door feeds the deer so there was a herd of mother's and babies moving through the property every morning and evening. The hosts were friendly and gracious. There was some maintenance happening with the water and the owners were very communicative so that we could plan around that.The house is close to several launches along the river. The entrance to Shenandoah NP is about 30 minutes away and Luray was about 15. We enjoyed the Luray Caverns and Cooter's Place as well as the Luray Rescue Zoo.

The house was exactly as described. Very comfortable and clean! The views from the deck are fantastic. We enjoyed breakfast outside each morning. Great proximity to Shenandoah National Park, which is where we spend almost every day and the house was the perfect resting spot after a full day on the river or hiking the trails.
