1 bed/1 bath. Sleeps 4. Maximum Occupancy 4. Bed Configuration: master - King. We also provide a queen sized Aerobed (comfortable air mattress). Bottom level. 705 sq feet. Garden view. Built 1984 (beautifully renovated in 2020).

We love staying at Las Palmas. Everything at this unit was perfect. Walk out to the main pool. Great updated apartment. Everything was perfect.

Great location in st George and in the resort. Super clean and very comfortable. Everything you need is there. Excellent and early communication. I highly recommend this unit and the management company. Visit and enjoy

The property was nicely located for what we wanted to do while we were in St. George. The property requires some tender-loving care; the floor rugs were really in need of cleaning or replacing, and the tub was old and needed a mat to prevent slipping. The kitchen and bathroom were good except for the lack of a tub mat. Before we would rent again, we would want to be assured that the above items were corrected.
