Spacious, Hidden Gem at Point Vista!

Easy to find. Easy to park close. Nice as advertised. We would suggest a bedroom shade that darkens the room better at night.

Really nice very well appointed property. Bedrooms were big and spacious. Beds and bedding were great. Bathrooms were great and tons of very hot water available. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. Only issue is while everything else was very very clean the carpet in the master was very much in need of a carpet cleaning. We let the host know when we left and she responded right away saying she would get a cleaning scheduled. We were there last week of April 2026. We would definitely book it again.

Everything about staying at this property was great! Parking was ample, the pool and hot tub were great, and the condo layout was fabulous. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable. The TV's did take a bit of effort but once we hard booted them, they worked perfectly. The fridge made fresh ice and didn't taste old or like the filter had never been changed. The sofa was very comfortable and the table was a nice gathering place even though there were only 4 of us. The property manager was very communicative and inviting. The only thing I had a complaint about was there wasn't enough lighting for the property, especially in the kitchen area. But other than that, we loved our stay and will definitely book again.

The home had some nice features but also a few issues during our stay. It was quiet, easy to access, and had plenty of parking. We appreciated that everything was on one level, and the second bedroom bed was comfortable and fairly firm. The home had most basic necessities (although I would recommend packing scissors as we couldn’t find any,) and the TV worked well. The host was responsive and had the hot tub issue addressed quickly after we reported it late in the evening.A few things could use improvement. The couch and metal dining chairs were not very comfortable, and the master bedroom bed had a noticeable sag. Some dishes still had food residue when we arrived, and the wood threshold between the carpet and laminate in the second bedroom appeared broken and felt like a tripping hazard. The home could also use some cosmetic touch-ups such as paint and patching.When we arrived, the hot tub was not heating and the pool had quite a bit of tree debris and a cleaner that didn’t appear to be working. The owner had both addressed the next day, which we appreciated, though it ended up being too late in our stay for us to use them.For accessibility, the home is all on one level, but the tubs require stepping in and the sinks are not wheelchair accessible.
