Very good place and amazing view from the balcony. The apartment has everything you might need. Very helpful and caring owner.

The interior door handles need to be replaced. Sometimes it is noisy and the smell from the restaurant.

My partner and I stayed for more than one week for sports holidays in this appartment and loved it! The meetup for check-in was easy (we unfortunately came late because of the airport shuttle) and the appartment had everything for the daily living: kitchen equipment, many towels - for shower and for the beach. And the bed was really comfortable! The balcony is really big and has also 2 sunbeds ready for chillout. Also very nice for hungry athletes, e.g. after a long bike-ride: the spar supermarkt is located in the same (!) building - just go downstairs and you have everything you need until 22 o'clock. The location of the appartment is perfect - it is right in the centre: you can have the classic tourist feeling, but there are also beautiful Tenerife trails to many hidden beaches and also perfect for running/walking. The bus-infrastructure is also very good - the bus station is 5 minutes away and you can easily drive to the big tourist centres just with the public bus of Tenerife to a cheap price.

Just very little things! Nothing that was outstanding - the water supply in Tenerife is not so good and we had to wait for over 1 minute in the shower to get warm water. But it's nothing the owner of the appartment can change. And take care: the door to the appartment is a security door! We got 2 keys and on one day we unfortunately left one key in the inside lock. Because of this we couldn't get back into the appartment again. My partner had go to the roof and jump down from above unto the balcony to open the door again! :-)
