About this apartment rental
BE ADVISED: NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR WHO DID NOT INFORM ME IN ADVANCE HAS STARTED A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT. ONLY WORKING WEEKDAYS DURING DAYTIME HOURS. NOISE WILL DIMINISH BY END OF SEPTEMBER.
"PRIVATE"( not shared) Hot Tub on the edge of a wilderness area past the end of the parking area with a hot tub gazebo and private picnic table with a Steam Room and on-site professional body massage are available at an extra charge by appointment. A Very Small Cottage, with a Very Small Bathroom (like a tiny house); not in the wilderness but, at the back of the property behind the main house. No view & is behind the main house. The hot tub is at the end of the road, at the beginning of the wilderness, with a gazebo to give you privacy. 2-person maximum at all times; INCLUDING GUESTS & children. This is a small cottage, a studio but, it has excellent features and is very close to the beach. There is no view of the lake but, a short walk on a beautiful sandy path to the beach; through sand dunes and dune grass. Steam room, Non-heating electric fireplace, pinball machine, and gas BBQ on the outdoor deck. 2 mountain bikes, tandem, and beach cruiser, (not in winter). 2 Paddleboards, 3 Kayaks, BoogieBoards,(Summer only), Bean Bag Toss / Cornhole Game and Spike Ball for the beach. Queen bed. Comcast internet and 43-inch Smart TV. PlayStation 4 with games. Free Soda machine w/ 4 flavors, 3 types of Coffee machines and coffee grinder, popcorn machine. View the wildlife in the wilderness next to the rental at our feeding station during the daytime, or on your TV through a night vision camera. The property is surrounded by wilderness on two sides: an unused park; a corner lot; lots of sand dunes and dune grass. Swimming beach with very clean fine sand. The minimum age of primary renter is 25. No pets.

Such a beautiful location, easy access to the the beach, and the view was gorgeous. Also, the entertainment options in the Miami were incredible. Will absolutely visit again.

This place was perfect for two! It was small, but so fun and had everything we needed plus more. It was a quick walk to the hot tub and beach and a quick drive to food, shopping and the casino. It was cold so we didn’t get to take advantage of the free bicycles or beach equipment, but we’ll definitely be back. The pinball and massage chair were a nice touch! Super cozy spot!

It wasn't completely terrible. Had the owner not had an attitude with me over the phone when I called the day before as instructed, I probably wouldn't have reviewed it all. It's fairly clean. There was a strong odor of cat and found they leave food out for strays.. which is great but I smelled it. The steam room looks like it came from Temu, it had an extension cord in it. Didn't look recently used or cleaned. Dead bugs, we didn't use the hot tub, it says "private" but it's literally at the driveway and very visible, the gazebo only goes half way down. The whole place (our space) looked quickly and cheaply thrown together. 100 a night, maybe. But 200 not even close, and definitely not worth the up charged prices in July. But again, the owner was very rude, do better.
