Amazing location and great value for money
It’s all a bit shabby chic, and kissing a few kitchen utensils. Dish washer is rubbish. Will be a great summer location. Can’t imagine it being much fun in winter - it was freezing when we arrived at the start of Easter.

The location is excellent and just a 15 mins walk into the old town square of Pollenca. The villa outside area is extremely well maintained. The pool is exceptionally clean and the garden area is immaculate. Inside the kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom feels modern and clean. The bedrooms are spacious.
There’s nothing we didn’t like but just 2 things. There are no garden umbrellas and so no shade around the pool area. Secondly the air conditioning in the main double bedroom is temperamental. The temperature settings were difficult to work out on the remote. I think this needs fixing as it is very hot in that room sometimes

The location was excellent and the outside area and pool were beautiful.
The house smelt damp and was very dated . We didn't feel very secure as the front door didn't lock properly
