Sehr gute Lage um das Städtchen Pollenca fußläufig zu erreichen !
Der Garten lässt keine Wünsche offen !
Der Wohnbereich ist schön , aber in Teilen auch renovierungsbedürftig !
Allen voran Fenster und Türen.

Fantastic location. 5 minute walk to the main squares in Pollença.
Very spacious villa with plenty of storage. Proper central heating if needed for warmth rather than just the air con machines.
Lovely pool (but not heated despite what some other websites say)
Very comfy beds, good shower pressure and hot water. Good cooking facilities.
Good size lounge with plenty of seating.
We liked everything.
Would be nice to have some washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll etc so you don’t end up wasting lots when you leave.

Great location within walking distance of Pollenca, great property with lots of space inside and out, nice pool and gardens maintained during our stay.
Master bedroom and bathroom had a strong foisty / damp smell. No obvious damp, but something going on behind those walls. The en-suite bathroom is a bit tired.
No basics in the house. Maybe I’m used to Airbnb’s, but no soap in kitchen or any bathroom, no washing powder, no charcoal for the BBQ. I’m not expecting a fully-stocked fridge, but some basics would be nice.
TV didn’t work due to poor signal.

It felt like a family home. The outdoor space was big enough to accommodate two children, four adults and two good size cars.
The distance to Pollenca town is the biggest attraction, max 5 minute walk.
The managing company were brilliant and reacted very quickly when we reported just a couple of minor glitches, they were fixed the same day.
I would highly recommend this beautiful villa.
We all felt that it hadn’t been cleaned well inside and outside. The patio area was covered in dust as was the pool table and tennis table table.
