Located on a quiet side street and just a short distance to the village of Kailua-Kona also known as Kona Town. Hale Kona Kai is only 1/4 block to Honl's white sand beach and 2 blocks to the Kona Farmers Market.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this condo, the property management company is readily available and an agent n site.I appreciated the loaded kitchen utensils, the ice machine in freezer, the super comfortable living room furniture. What I looked forward the most was the view of ocean and waves. A beautiful pool setting by the ocean. We walked every day down the Main Street for shopping and food.I have already inquired for next years stay. Thank you

This was our 7 trip to the Kona area and we would stay with you again...but...a few issues.
Get a stronger toilet seat...Bathroom sink hot water hard to open/close...Refer needs 2 shelves...Living room drapes are off track, right side....Both overhead fans are pined the same turn one on and they both come on....Sure could use a dust pan and broom. Keep them working on the building it needs help.
