Island Princess 115 is a spacious three-bedroom, three-bath condo designed for relaxation and fun. Located on the ground floor, you’re just steps from the pool and the beach—guests love the convenience!
With 1,350 square feet of space, this condo comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom for privacy and comfort:
• Master Suite: King bed, flat-screen TV, large closet, and private balcony access.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed, flat-screen TV, large closet, and private bath.
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed, flat-screen TV, large closet, and en-suite bath.
Enjoy free Wi-Fi, a private patio, and a designated covered parking spot. Your stay also includes seasonal beach service—one umbrella and two chairs set up daily for you. Spend your days collecting seashells, splashing in emerald waters, or lounging by the beachfront pool.

We had a lovely stay! The attention and service we received when there was a problem was appreciated and prompt. This condo was outfitted with everything we needed. Beautiful place!

All our family had a good time at the beach on memorial day weekend. It was a very easy process of checking in and checking out. Most of the furniture were OK. Beds were clean & somewhat comfortable. The floors could’ve been cleaned up much better and paint needs to be updated, doorhandles need to be fixed in the bedrooms, but overall pleasant experience. The only downside of this property is the people smoking marijuana in other units and the smell especially if you have young children.

The process of booking and check in is self navigating online and most communications were by email. Issues/problems were not addressed properly, property manager addressed my issues and the time of check out and was not friendly.
