This spacious 3 bedroom condominium features a balcony that looks directly over the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Recently renovated, this condo offers several sleeping accommodations with a king-sized bed in the master, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, twin over twin bunks and twin over queen bunks in the third bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. With a seasonally heated, gulf-front pool, hot tub, fitness room, BBQ area, and covered parking, you’ll have everything you need for the perfect vacation.

I just want to say that RealJoy Vacations were great to work with and very good customer service. As for the unit, the place is amazing ! Great location, very clean and lots of room for our Girls Trip to Destin. I would highly recommend this unit and will definitely go back next year for our Annual Girls Trip.

There were 8 of us staying for a summer vacation at this property. The layout of rooms was nice and spacious. There were a few things about the property that need improvement. The doors on the laundry closet fell off the hinges and were worn. Also the washing machine had an odor from being a front loader and people keeping it closed. Those should be left open when not in use and it smelled moldy. The queen size bed mattress was not the best quality and our friends were uncomfortable in it. Other than those few areas of opportunity, the view was beautiful, master bed/bath was amazing, and overall felt clean and welcoming. We love Island Princess and have been 3xs to visit different units there.

We were notified 2 days prior to checking in that there would be construction. The mgmt co. offered a refund, but it was too late for us to change plans, so I agreed to a 20% discount. As such, I can't complain about that.
However, there were other disappointments. The dryer was in serious disrepair. It worked, but it sounded like a jackhammer & was quite disconcerting. Hopefully, the neighbors weren't disturbed. The mgmt company responded quickly and sent a repairman. They couldn't repair the dryer due to no available parts, so we lived with that. Prior guests must not have used the dryer or just didn't report the problem.
The worst problem to which the management company did respond quickly was the "other guests." The Roach family, quite a large family, made themselves known right away. We saw many and squashed those who couldn't run fast enough to get away. When one came out of the toaster, that sealed the deal. We had to purchase out own plates, cups, and silverware. We "hid" bread, open chips, and other foodstuffs in the microwave and our ice chests.I found a nesting place under the kitchen sink and dishwasher. Mgmt sent two exterminator teams, and hopefully, for the next guest, the infestation has been eradicated.
We loved the location, & layout & appreciated the mgmt acting as promptly as they could, but we probably won't be staying at this particular location again cuzIt's kinda hard to get the picture of the roach coming out of the toaster from my head.
