This beautifully remodeled 5th floor condo has a fantastic view of the beach, pool and Gulf of Mexico. This condo offers complimentary beach service (1 umbrella, 2 chairs set up for you daily March - October)! This is a 3 bedroom / 3 bath beachfront condo and has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 TV's, WI-FI and beach front balcony that is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. This unit also has it's own dedicated covered parking spot which means your car will stay comfortable even during the hot summer months! The unit will sleep 8 with a king in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. Kitchen comes fully stocked with cups, glasses, plates, flatware, basic appliances and cookware and a Keurig coffer maker. Enjoy the gulf side pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, barbeque grilling area, complimentary beach service (seasonally) and well equipped fitness room during your family beach vacation. The spacious condo was exactly like it is advertised. Very clean. Great communication with the owner. Had one tiny issue that was handled immediately. We liked the location. We will be back.

Our rental was wonderful. The condo was clean, nicely stocked with towels, dishes, etc, came with 2 beach chairs and umbrella daily and there wasnt anything that didn't work.
