It's nestled on a peaceful cul-de-sac in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood. There's an extensive greenbelt with walking trails nearby and combined with the large, fenced backyard, the home is great for dog(s). Access to highways (75, 121, Bush) for commuting to Plano (Legacy West), Allen and Richardson. Award-winning Plano schools district. Grocery stores and shopping within 5 minute drive.
