This lovely property features a fenced backyard that offers ample space for everyone to relax and unwind.
With a playground located just a minute's walk away and a community pool within a 5-minute walk, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. Guests can also have fun in the game room, which features a Foosball table, or watch their favorite shows on the 65" 4K TV. The patio and backyard provide an ideal spot for relaxation, while delicious coffee is available to start the day on the right foot.
Situated on a corner lot, this peaceful and beautiful house is located in a safe and picturesque neighborhood in McKinney. It's just a 2-minute drive from Hwy 121 and Stacy, and is conveniently close to Walmart and the Allen Premium Outlets. Great house in a great location. A lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. The playground just a block away was a plus with ourour grandchildren.

The home owners were very accommodating and nice. The house was exactly as described. We had to stay for 6 weeks due to a flood at our home. It was comfortable and easy to get to. The walking around the neighborhood was lovely as well. Thank you so much.

We had family fly in for graduation. The house was spacious and very clean. Lots of areas to spread out and visit. We played lots of cards at the table and the foosball table was a lot of fun. I would return to this location.

We were in town for a 17U baseball tournament in Melissa. Turned out we played all over the DFW area. The house was the perfect location. Very clean and comfortable. Would love to stay again next year for the same tournament.
