Welcome to our 5 bedroom 3 bathroom fully remodeled house in Allen with a newly renovated Pool. It is centrally located, close to restaurants and shopping. Our spacious and elegant home can comfortably sleep up to 16 people with 7 out door parking space. 3 parking in front of the house, 4 in the rear driveway.
This newly remodeled, tastefully decorated, 2 story fabulous home, features 5 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 2 dinning areas, a sun room facing the sparkling in-ground pool, is perfect for friends and family gatherings.

Master bedroom with king-size bed, computer desk, dresser, night stands and attached bathroom and walk-in Closet, 65" Roku LED smart TV, sleep 2
2nd bedroom with Queen size bed, dresser, night stands, walk-in closet, sleep 2
3rd bedroom with Queen-size bed, dresser, night stands, closet, sleep 2
2nd floor:
4th bedroom with 2 queen-size beds, dresser, night stand, sleep 4
5th bedroom with full-over full bunk bed with a pull out trundle, a canopy twin bed, chest of drawers, walk-in closet, sleep 6

Beautifully remodeled guest bath and master bathroom with separate bath and shower
2nd floor:
1 upgraded full bath and shower combo.
Parking:
Guests can park in front of the house and the rear driveway.
Laundry:
Guest have full access to the washer and dryer
Pool:
Pool operates from May to October when weather permits. Pool hours: 10am to 8pm.
We have Wi-Fi controlled self-check in smart lock. On your check-in morning, a customized code will be sent.
The house is in a super quiet neighborhood. Allen Premium outlets is 10 min away. Waters Creek Village shopping malls are 9 min away, McKinney square shops are 7 min away. DFW international airport is about 30 min away.
It is recommended to get around by car.
No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or events to be held with unauthorized / unregistered guests.
***Additional fee for 8+ guests
Our nightly rate includes the first 8 guests, for an additional guest, a $25 fee will apply.
***Trash day is every Friday, please place trash cans at the back curb on Thursday evening.
*** Pool operates from May to October when weather permits. Pool hours: 10am to 8pm
Pool service: our pool service technician service and clean our pools once a week, if additional cleanings are needed throughout your stay, there will be $75 charge.

The house is very spacious inside, limited furniture for the amount of people we had. So we had to sit on the dining room take chairs often. The pool was nice to have for just our little family. Parking was good, since we brought 4 cars with us. Host replied very fast when i had a question or concern about something. We have already talked about renting this exact place on vrbo for my family's next vacation to Texas. The outside furniture was very comfortable!! And there was also a lil game there, that had pac man. That was a cute little addition to the rental. It kept my lil nephew busy

Upon arrival, the trundle bed was dirty underneath, food crumbs were found under another bed upstairs, the upstairs bathtub was clogged which we had to fix ourselves good thing there’s an HEB and Walmart close by, no extra rolls of toilet paper, limited cooking and kitchenware, we had to go purchase larger pots and pans, no cards or domino’s nor board game area, no exterior lighting in the pool area nor in the front which made it dangerous to move around at night, poor lighting in the bedrooms as well, tons of flies, no extra blankets nor sheets or pillows, some beds were missing sheets. Suggestions: small table or bench for luggage in rooms, coded remote attached to the garage for easy access in.
On a good note: there was detergent and plenty of shampoo in the restrooms, temperature was good, number of beds for amount of guests was good, location was close to stores, easy access to interstates and tollways, pool was clean, plenty of towels.
