✦ Each of the 2 full bathrooms comes with a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided for your convenience.

- ENTERTAINMENT AND LIVING :
✦ Challenge your friends and family to a game on the pool table or watch a movie on the 50-inch Smart TV in the game room.
✦ The living room, equipped with a 50-inch Smart TV, is ideal for lounging around the fully operational wood fireplace.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor space with a pool and hot tub. You’ll also have access to the 2-car garage and additional street parking. Enjoy complete privacy—no shared spaces during your stay.

Smoke detectors in the rooms, kitchen, and hallway
Carbon monoxide detectors in the hallway
First aid kit and fire extinguisher in the kitchen
We have exterior camera.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★
Bring your furry friends along for a great vacation! We welcome house-trained dogs for a $100 USD cleaning fee per pet. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make arrangements.

★ SUPPLIES ★
We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days.

- ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY -
Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount.

- HOUSE RULES -

Welcome! To ensure a great stay, please review and confirm the following house rules within 24 hours of booking. Thank you for your cooperation!

- PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS:
✤ Pet-friendly (limit 2, no cats). $100 non-refundable fee per pet (under 50lbs, non-aggressive). We also have a refundable pet deposit of $150
✤ Pets must be supervised, crated when alone, and cleaned up after. Please cover furniture and use mattress protectors.

- SECURITY DEPOSIT:
✤ Security deposit: Fully refundable if no damage.

- UNREGISTERED GUESTS:
✤ All guests must be declared and no more than 6 guests. Failure to do so will result in a $30 per guest, per day fee.

- CHECK-IN/OUT FEES:
✤ We always try to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when possible. Please be informed that we have additional fee of $25/hr.

- OTHER HOUSE RULES:
✤ No eating or drinking in bedrooms.
✤ No smoking indoors ($150 fee).
✤ No illegal drugs or parties. Any disturbances may result in immediate eviction.
✤ Quiet hours after 10 PM.
✤ No rearranging furniture. Report any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
✤ Tampering with cameras will result in immediate booking cancellation without refund.
