Great place to stay. Clean and easy to book. The only suggestion is put some grip tape on stairs as I fell down them this morning.

We had a great stay in this unit. It was easy to get to and seemed to have all that we needed (with one small exception - they need to have kitchen towels for doing hand dishes).

Nice unit for Nautical although a little on the high end for pricing compared to other units. Beds were comfortable. The third bedroom, which is a addition in these condos, was actually nice and the ac worked well in here which is not common. My only complaint is that the televisions are setup only for streaming service and the WiFi and Roku boxes consistently needed to be rebooted. We would only watch tv at night so no huge deal but you could get around 30 minutes of watching before everything needed to be unplugged and rebooted again. I’ve stayed in the Nautical for 28 years and am very familiar with the complex, this is nicely updated unit.
