Pool heat is available at your cost and you must notify property manager at time of booking. Has a private backyard with a beautiful view of Lake Havasu. We stayed a week in Lake Havasu with our 2 adult sons. This house was perfect in every way! The home is very roomy and just feels like home the moment you walk in. We had more than enough space inside and out. The pool and spa is plenty big. The location is not too far from shopping and restaurants. Kelli is amazing to work with and very helpful. We will definitely be back!
