Nice home in a neighborhood that is walking distance to a lot of the action in Lake Havasu. Terry cares a lot about his place and there were a few items that needed some work. Overall nice home and Terry (Owner) is easy to get a hold of and wanted us to have the best experience.

Terry was very nice and accommodation. This property was perfect for a family or people with 8 guests. Everyone had a bed. The pool table was a great extra and the guys had fun playing. The pool and jacuzzi are great for relaxing and especially great when we got back from the lake. Plenty of parking for our boat/trailer. Very close to the grocery store and boat launches. Thanks again Terry!
