It has been a great pleasure staying in this apartment. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout, and the apartment itself was beautiful and clean. Additionally, the location is an A-plus.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a staycation; you certainly won't regret it. Thank you to the owner for your wonderful hospitality.

Booked for a one night stay, however after check in time had passed, I still had not received and check in details. Since it is not a hotel, self check in details are required to access the unit. After multiple attempts finally I contacted Agoda customer service, and they finally gave me contact details of the property owner on Whatsapp. Was disappointed with a very inconvenient and inefficient check in process, which affected my holiday. I also had to provide a RM 150 deposit, which was promptly returned on check out, but again it was another hassle.

My first time renting a Air B&B apartment. I had mistaken it for a hotel or service apartment and expected to check in via a registration counter. That was a miscomm on my part. The apartment was functional, high floor with good view. A pity there was only 2 lifts servicing the tower and only 1 lift was working because the other was under maintenance. The wait for the lift was torturous. Nonetheless, it was located at a convenient location, near to Aeon mall and other shops in the nearby neighbourhood.
