The property is great. With lots of room to explore and relax with wonderful views of pikes peak. Great for families with adventurous kids!

The property was situated as described and our view of the mountains during morning coffee was unmatched. The house was very clean and there were plenty of towels and kitchen items. We were slightly disappointed in the outdoor grill area but it appears repairs may be in process. And it may be common to the area for the season, but the grounds were overgrown as compared to the photos. The property was everything we’d hoped for with a few exceptions.
