About this house rental
Welcome to our luxurious vacation retreat!
Our property accommodates up to 16 guests with the following sleeping arrangements: 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, a bunk bed with full and twin mattresses, 2 twin day beds, and a queen sofa bed. Additionally, there’s a twin trundle bed, a twin sofa pullout, and several twin and full floor pads for extra sleeping space. *16 guests would be using all of the sleeping spaces*
Our property features a well equipped gym with a treadmill, stationary bike, rower, weights, and an innovative addition - an infrared light therapy bed. This cutting-edge bed offers a multitude of benefits, including reducing pain and inflammation, improving circulation, promoting relaxation, enhancing skin health, and boosting overall well-being. Experience the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation in our state-of-the-art light therapy bed, making your stay with us a truly rejuvenating experience like no other.
Do you like to play pickleball? We have an area on the front driveway that will allow you to play 'skinnies' -one-on-one. We will provide the net, paddles, and balls.
If basketball is your game...we have a hoop and ball for that too.
There is an outdoor kitchen w/gas grill and flat top cooking.
Downstairs we have a bar, pool table, ping pong table, full-size shuffleboard, darts, pinball machine, arcade machine.
This kitchen is fully stocked and has settings for 20 people.
We offer both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig for your convenience. You'll find a ground coffee pack for each day of your stay, along with some Keurig pods. We also provide sugar, sweeteners and a few creamers to make your morning coffee just the way you like it.
Playpen and high chair provided.
You will have access to a 2 car garage for parking as well as ample driveway parking.
** Quiet hours on Friday and Saturday begin at 10 pm and 8:30 pm on Sun - Thur. Please do not use the hot tub after quiet hours. There is a $250 fine for violating these rules. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.**
