Brand new listing for April 2020. Elegant 1930's Spanish Mediterranean style apartment with a huge rooftop deck and sweeping city views. Beautifully renovated, new top of the line kitchen custom made in Europe, wide plank mahogany floors, esquisite lighting by Jonathan Browning, paintings by world renowned artist Charley Brown. Sweeping views of San Francisco. Located between Noe Valley and the Castro. Easy access to US101 and 280. Close to the Mission and Dolores Park.
The back deck is a huge 550 square feet with spectacular views of San Francisco, and there is a beautiful terrace off of the living room overlooking the sunken garden. Wood burning fireplace, central heat, new carpeting, high-speed wifi, and a bonus room. Smart-Home lighting system, Nest thermostat, and a keyless entry.
There is also have a "bonus" room with a double bed for two. We travel extensively and we understand that when you are staying at a VRBO for a month, you might have some visiting guests that only need to spend a night or two at your VRBO. So we have made the bonus room a very comfortable place for an occasional guest of yours.
