About this house rental
Centrally located, the two story house is located on a quiet street within walking distance to parks, public transportation, and the Castro and Cole Valley commercial districts that have excellent restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The newly renovated living room captures the changing light that reflects off of the Bay and Oakland Hills. Victorian details were preserved and embellished to represent the home's 1890's origin. A fully equipped contemporary kitchen includes a Bertazzoni range and dishwasher, and Liebherr refrigerator. A dining room, primary bedroom and two full baths are located on the upper level. The lower level has two bedrooms, full bath, and laundry room. The house is great for friends or families.
The renter has full use of the entire house. The owners live in the rear unit with a separate entrance at the side of the main house. Easy parking. Often a spot can be found directly in front of the house!
