Fabulous apartment right in the heart of Noe Valley! Just around the corner from 24th Street shops and restaurants, as well as MUNI and the Silicon Valley bus stops, this apartment is in an excellent location, with all the amenities -- including high speed WiFi -- to make your stay in San Francisco convenient and luxurious. Only a short walking distance to Dolores Park, the Mission District and the 24th Street BART station. Decorated with unique warmth and charm-- this home is a true gem!
The apartment will be all yours and we provide a printed guest manual for you to refer to. We're always be available via phone, text, or email during your stay.
Noe Valley is one of San Francisco's most sought after neighborhoods for many reasons! Is almost right in the center of San Francisco and enjoys lots of sunshine, charming homes, and a wonderful selection of shops, cafes and restaurants including a Farmer's Market every Saturday. Ideally situated next to public transit and tech buses, it's also easy walking distance to the Mission, the Castro and Bernal Heights.
The entire flat will be all yours along with garage parking for one car. Please note, our garage is shared with our neighbor and while there is room for a regular sized vehicle, it won't work if you have a very large SUV or truck. In that case, you can purchase temporary parking passes for the duration of your stay so you can park on the street. This is also a great option if you have a second car.
Our home is a beautiful, spacious, top floor, light-filled condo in a two unit building right in the heart of Noe Valley. The flat is a rare two bedrooms/two bath and features a grand living room and formal dining room in addition to a sunny breakfast room. Our home is tastefully furnished with an eclectic collection of vintage furniture that evokes Old World luxury yet is very comfortable. Quiet washer/dryer in unit. One car garage parking. One-block walking distance to 24thStreet shops and restaurants while also close to the Mission District and BART, with an excellent walk score of 94. Easy access to 280/101 and bike share. Google Buses and MUNI right around the corner!
Whether walking, biking or taking the MUNI, the BART or the tech buses, our home is located in an ideal location. We are very central to everything.
NOTE: For stays of one month or longer, our cleaner must clean every two weeks (linens included) — outside cleaners aren't permitted. Bi-weekly cleanings cost $220 for one-month stays (paid via Airbnb or Zelle when due) or $180 for longer stays (paid directly to the cleaner). The final cleaning fee is already included in your booking price.

Special old world charm. For us better than in the pictures. Host Tamar wonderful to work with. Noe Valley a great area of SF to visit. Wouldn’t hesitate a moment to rent here again.

I enthusiastically recommend this property. I was there on a job and stayed for a month and it was a peaceful oasis to come home to and a quiet place to prepare for my job. It is everything the pictures suggest. It is an elegant, exquisitely decorated home. So many beautiful lamps and art and furniture. The two king size beds are comfortable and the rooms light-filled. The bedroom windows look out on charming backyard gardens. The arched windows in the living room look out on a tree and a quiet, residential street. The 2 bathrooms are sweetly tiled and the showers are strong. The kitchen provides everything you need. My husband and I loved sitting at the sunny kitchen table with views, but we also enjoyed eating dinner in the formal dining room. Tamar, the owner, is a very nice person and gets back to ones emails almost instantly. Two blocks away on 24th Street there are many fun shops and cafes and restaurants. A block away is a major MUNI train line with direct service to the Embarcadero. Noe Valley is a beautiful neighborhood and there are many delightful walks. I recommend walking to the Jungle Stairs which takes you up a hill to a fantastic view of the city. My only challenge was that the garage opening is very narrow and we have an SUV so I was afraid to back out. My husband was able to do it but it was not easy. If you are going to drive, I highly recommend a mid-size or small car. But other than that, this is an amazing place to stay!

We had a great time at this property and will return next year. It was comfortable and clean. The owner have Molekule air filters in the house which keeps the air filtered (dust free) and odor free. I would recommend it for anyone with allergies. The beds are new and comfortable with our favorite pillows (Coop). We really enjoyed the quiet and convenience of the nearby trolleys for access to SF and the local shops in Noe Valley.
