Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, this completely remodeled home is ideal for your family getaway to the Dallas area! This home has hardwood floors throughout, an open living area with two stand-up arcade games, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and a large dining table with seating for eight. Just outside, splash into the private pool whenever you need to take a refreshing break.
This home is located just 30 miles north of downtown Dallas, making big-city living a breeze! Closer to home, kids of all ages will have a blast at Hawaiian Falls Waterpark, just two miles away, while Topgolf offers a high-tech driving range and a lounge with drinks and games, only three miles southwest. For upscale shopping and dining options, don't miss the Shops at Legacy, just four miles away, while additional restaurants and shops can be found at the Stonebriar Centre, only five miles from your front door.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises
The pool is cleaned every Monday and Friday.
You may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice house, could use a little upgrading. Microwave did not work, keypad for the door did not work, tub barely worked, not enough toilet paper. Mostly clean, nice pool, and good space. Pool cleaners came on a day not listed. Overall fine, but could use a little bit of fixing.
