All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplace is not for guest use.
You may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

House and pool were well maintained with a few problems! Barbecue grill had no propane gas. We had to get yank refilled. The poolside had loose stones on support post which was not cemented and fell when toddler pushed on it! The house could have used more trash cans and outside lawn chairs! Otherwise we had a great time and would likely return!

Good property and very accommodating for 10 people. Although, some of the beds were a bit stiff. Pool needed more cleaning as dirt and plant matter would settle on the bottom and then cloud the water as it was used. Air conditioning did not work for the first day and a half but through quick communication was solved in the afternoon of day two. In general, good house to rent for a few days with nothing but minor complaints.

I stayed at this property for the soul purpose of the pool but the pool was filthy and unclean. They had pool cleaners come in the morning without warning but the pool was still dirty when they left. If you want pictures I got them for proof
