- Photo ID may be required prior check-in.
- Maximum number of guests is 12.
- Security cameras are on premises (but outside only).
- Liability/Risk Disclaimer: Hosts/owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on or off the premises, including, but not limited to, the use of equipment provided as part of the rental (such as the pool, spa, highchair, Pickleball court, or playsets).
