This home is perfect for families, executives, traveling for work, or those wanting a stay-cation (NO PARTIES ALLOWED AS PER ORDINANCE).
- No smoking, No events or parties.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Guests at all ages are welcome, but the booking person needs to be 25 or older.
- Photo ID may be required prior check-in.
- Maximum number of guests is 12.
- Security cameras are on premises (but outside only).
- Liability/Risk Disclaimer: Hosts/owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on or off the premises, including, but not limited to, the use of equipment provided as part of the rental (such as the pool, spa, highchair, Pickleball court, or playsets). By accepting this reservation, all guests agree to fully assume the risk of any harm that may arise from their use of the premises or equipment.
