You will get the entire house to yourself. This house is like a duplex with the house on top (where guests stay) and a separate apartment on the bottom with permanent tenant (owner). Separate houses and no shared spaces, entrances or exits.
Two (#1 & #2) parking spaces available for the house. More than 2 vehicles will not be able to park in the driveway for guests staying.
Separate downstairs apartment under the house (inaccessible by either house or apartment) has 1 tenant and they use parking space #3.
Open floor plan; 2 Bedroom with large kitchen, full office, 8 person dining room, outside deck with hot tub, large fenced in yard and laundry room in a quiet south Knoxville neighborhood. Feel free to use the laundry room located in the garage.
We are always available through the app. Additionally, co-hosts are within a 10 minute drive if needed.
