This home was perfect for my family’s trip to Knoxville. We were two families, one with a baby. When we arrived late at night, exhausted from a long day of travel, we were pleasantly greeted by string lights outside, as well as the house lit up for our arrival. Walking inside I felt like we were walking into a Joanna Gaines catalog. Everything is so beautifully decorated, with so many little comfy and cozy touches from throw pillows and blankets to a s’mores basket (for the fire pit outside) to a fully stocked coffee corner. We couldn’t have been more comfortable at this house. There was plenty of room for my daughter’s family and also my husband and myself. The house was spotlessly clean, and all furnitures and linens were incredibly comfortable. We wanted for nothing, and were heartbroken to leave.
The location of this home is incredible. We felt like we were nestled in the woods and a million miles away from everything, but somehow it was only 5-7 minutes drive to Walmart and downtown Knoxville. The host gave us a recommendation for a beautiful trail just across the street that runs along a quiet and serene body of water. We also enjoyed a beautiful and easy 50 minute drive into downtown Gatlinburg. We absolutely loved everything about this home and host and will definitely be back!

We were very pleased with our rental property in Knoxville. It was the perfect set-up for our family of 5 and a couple of extras - 5 teenagers total! The layout of the bathrooms and bedrooms gave everyone space to feel comfortable and access easily.
The secluded location was very close to all things Knoxville and a reasonable drive to attractions outside of the City. Though noisy from the nearby highway, we still enjoyed winding down by the fire pit in the evenings. Our favorite memory will be sitting by the fireplace in the living room and our entire group playing a game (provided!) together on our final evening together. Kudos to the owners for making it easy to create a family game night!
The beds were cozy. The towels were plush. The k-cups were appreciated. Dollar General was only a few minutes away.
While visiting Knoxville, our family hiked at Fort Dickerson Park, swam at Augusta Quarry, ate and shopped at Market Square, wandered World's Fair Park, took a day trip to The Lost Sea (owner recommendation), and finished with a college visit to UT.
We highly recommend this rental property for families and friends traveling together!

Best week ever our daughter got married over the weekend and the location of this property was convenient to everything we participated in this week. The house was stocked as if it was my home from the four slice toaster to the cabinets filled with everything one could possibly need. The cleanliness was excellent. And the washer dryer came in handy. Thank you we will be back

Our family stayed for our daughter's 21st birthday celebration. The house is well laid out, tons of space, great outdoor patio with fire pit. Yes, you can hear the highway - but not inside or at night. Location is perfect if you have anyone attending UTK. Our family had a great time visiting, playing ping pong, games and just spending time together.
