This is a gem of a property. Very comfortable with all the amenities you need. Be prepared to walk up 1 flight of stairs before being amazed with how well organized this place is. You can tell that Brandee takes pride in this place. Definitely recommend

Everything comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, beautiful decor. Everything was very clean. The secure WiFi was greatly appreciated. Distance to UT campus and Market Square was perfect. The only complaint is the mattress in the cowboy room probably should be replaced as it was not very comfortable. Other than that NO complaints.

Had a fantastic experience staying at The Farmhouse Loft. It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The property manager was very kind, detailed in communications, attentive, and responsive. If we’re back in the Knoxville area in the future, I’d happily book The Farmhouse Loft again.

Upon arrival the property was even better than we thought. Close enough but also far enough away from all the action that we were able to have some quiet time as well. Every detail was thought of at this property and all the comforts of home. Bed was very comfortable after a bust day downtown. Will definitely make this our go to when in town

My husband and I stayed @ the Farmhouse loft for a few days so we could move our son into his apartment @ UT. The space was amazing. Clean, modern, comfy and beautifully decorated. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood over the bridge about a 15 min drive from campus. Brandee was so communicative from the start. Highly recommend. We will def stay again

My son & I loved the farmhouse retreat! It was very comfortable, so we spent a lot of time after games relaxing there. The location was great, it allowed us to travel from The University of TN to various ball fields within about 15 mins. I loved all of The Doterra products that are provided, it adds a special touch. I would definitely stay there again if ever in that area.

We stayed here for our family member’s graduation, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and celebrate together. This stay has been amazing, our host Brandee was the best. She accommodated all our needs plus some. This place is so conveniently located just outside of Knoxville… super short drive, with a very quiet country setting… none of that hustle a bustle of city honking horns and sirens. I went with my friends to a convention in Knoxville and my friends were amazed at the beautiful rental we stayed at! (They’re so used to staying at cheap motels for cons so it was definitely a breath of fresh air). And it’s so close to everything in Knoxville from the convention center to the sever I like buc-ee’s. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Knoxville!

Our stay at the Farmhouse Loft was perfect! We honestly couldn't think of anything we were lacking. Brandee was so responsive and accommodating. Our trip was delayed and I let her know it looked like we would be arriving at about 5am. She made sure that the space was ready for us. The decor is perfect & we enjoyed the quiet of the apartment and the neighborhood.

I am not lying when I say this by far has been the best VRBO we have stayed at to date! My daughter had a softball tournament in Knoxville and we chose this location. It was perfect. The placecwas beautiful, clean farmhouse chic, full of charm and new. They supplied everything from all sorts of kitchen supplies, toiletries, snacks and bottled water, detergent for washer, etc... The atmosphere was great with the different diffusers to use, to diming lights, barbeque, tv with programing, wifi, etc... The hosts take pride in their property and take pride in caring for their customers making sure they are cared for and comfortable thats for sure. My daughter even said she wished we had this place at our home so when she was on her own she could rent it from us that's how much we loved it. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and experience. If we're ever back in town we will certainly be renting again!!

This loft apartment was perfect for our weekend stay. It was a great location, close to downtown but far enough away that it wasn’t noisy. The entire place smelled like a spa and everything was nicely clean and stocked. I got to meet the little dog that lived on property; he greeted us one evening after dinner outside. We booked a trip to Knoxville to settle our son in for a college internship which unfortunately did not end up working out. We stayed at the farmhouse loft and it was absolutely beautiful. The decor was perfect, the place was very clean. The owners put so much detail into it. We came to Knoxville to visit our son who moved here last year. The loft itself was charming, with esthetically pleasing and welcoming design choices. There were so many personal touches! Communication was timely, helpful, and friendly. The location was very convenient for our purposes. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBO properties, and this one is a standout for sure. The Farmhouse Loft is impeccably designed, decorated and equipped - like something seen on HGTV, once you get past the nondescript stairway up to your 2nd floor heaven. Matching pot and pans, and cutlery! High end bedding! A large porch across the back, with sliding doors of the master and living room, patio furniture and BBQ! Charging station! Doterra products throughout, including diffusers! A generous supply of Keurig coffees, along with herbs, spices, food wrap and left over containers. Board games. Simply a luxurious, comfortable and well stocked home away from home. Quick access to downtown via Chapman Hwy/#441, and the Baker Creek Preserve mountain bike trails, in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

Beautiful well appointed suite. Great outdoor deck space and amazing equipped kitchen. Above expectations…. Only issue was the mattresses need to be replaced. Not supportive after a days of activities. Lots to do in the area. Spoke with the owner and they are aware of the need to replace the bedding…
